50% deposit payable upfront on 30 day Credit account which is non refundable and if the design is nearly complete or signed off you will be liable for the full amount of the design cost if the graphics are not produced.

SCHOOL INSTALLATION - Installation Policy

• Cancellation Notice:

If an installation date is booked, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee upto £500 per day.

• Wall Preparation:

Walls must be fully prepared prior to our arrival. If the walls are not ready, additional charges may apply, or the installation may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, a new installation fee will be incurred.

Paint on edges of walls

When fitting the graphics we have extra bleed on the graphics to allow inconstancies in the wall dimension. While we try our upmost to protect the edges of the walls where the bleed extends to you may get areas where the self adhesive vinyl touch and can take the paint off the wall. We can not be held liable for re painting the areas.
